Jananayagam (ஜனநாயகம்) is an advanced AI-driven Citizen Grievance Collection and Petition Management Platform designed specifically for the citizens residing across all 8 Taluks and 10 Panchayat Blocks of Tenkasi District.

The platform enables residents to report everyday civic issues—including damaged roads, drinking water supply interruptions, sewage overflow, broken streetlights, and environmental hazards—using photos, voice notes, and precise GPS location tags.

🤖 AI Automated Metadata Enrichment & Ward Mapping

Every grievance logged by a citizen is automatically processed by our built-in AI pipeline engine. The AI analyzes image evidence, transcribes voice notes, determines issue severity, and maps the report to its precise Municipality, Panchayat, Ward, and elected Councilor.

An automated priority rating (Low, Medium, High, Critical) is dynamically assigned to help district administrators identify urgent civic threats immediately.

📑 District Collectorate Structured Petitioning System

All public grievances flow into the District Admin Console. District representatives review incoming reports, enrich them with administrative boundaries, and structure them into official civic petitions for formal submission to the District Collectorate and relevant local departments.

Citizens enjoy end-to-end transparency, tracking their issue status through three clear operational stages: Report Submitted ➔ Under Review ➔ Petition Filed.
