Citizen Platform Usage & Collectorate Petitioning Rules
By accessing or using the Jananayagam Civic Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
Users must register using accurate full names and valid mobile phone numbers. Impersonating other citizens, public officials, or providing fraudulent contact details is strictly prohibited.
Citizens are solely responsible for the authenticity of the photos, descriptions, and voice notes submitted. Uploading false, defamatory, or politically motivated content will result in immediate content removal and legal accountability.
The platform uses automated AI engines and GIS spatial mapping to categorize issues and assign boundary information. Minor algorithmic variances may occur, which district representatives review prior to formal petition filing.
Submitting an issue on Jananayagam facilitates structured petitioning to the District Collectorate. However, resolution timelines and execution depend entirely upon responsible municipal authorities and state government departments.
Commercial advertising, political campaigning, hate speech, spamming, or uploading material that violates child protection laws is strictly forbidden and results in permanent account banning.
All platform design elements, software source code, branding assets, and database architecture belong to Jananayagam Civic Systems and are protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or temporarily interrupt platform access for maintenance or emergency security enhancements at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tenkasi, Tamil Nadu.
